Diana Strandberg

Diana Strandberg is a member of the Board of Directors at Mawer Investment Management Ltd. in an advisory capacity since June 2025. Diana is a retired SVP of International Equity and partner of Dodge & Cox, a leading investment manager with over $417 billion in assets under management. She has over 35 years of experience in fixed income and equity investments. Diana was pivotal in initiating Dodge & Cox’s non-U.S. business based in London and also led the team that built the firm’s international investment capabilities, resulting in the launch of the Dodge & Cox International Stock Fund in 2001, the Global Stock Fund in 2008, and the Emerging Markets Stock Fund in 2021.

Diana graduated in Economics from Berkeley, and from the Harvard Business School. She previously served on the board of Dodge & Cox for 11 years until her retirement in 2022, including on the boards of Dodge & Cox Worldwide Funds (Dublin) for 10 years and of Dodge & Cox Worldwide (London) as Chairwoman for four years. She is currently on the board of Virgin Galactic, where she serves on the Audit Committee and chairs the Compensation Committee.
